At HALF BAK'D, we want you to be fully stoked on your fit, which is why we offer a 30-day window for returns and exchanges on all unworn items. Please ensure all original tags remain attached to qualify for a full refund to your original payment method.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to send back.

• 2.
  Print and Pack

  Download your prepaid shipping label and securely pack your items in their original packaging to ensure they stay protected during transit.

• 3.
  Drop It Off

  Hand over your package to the designated carrier or drop it at any official collection point within 7 days of generating your label.

• 4.
  Get Refunded

  Once our warehouse inspects the returned gear, we will process your refund or ship out your exchange within 5-7 business days.
